Mental Health Monday - Come join us for a fun free event and take a few moments out of your busy day to care for your Mental Health!  Mental Health is a valuable part of your overall health as a college student, and we provide an activity once a month to focus on taking a break, doing a free fun activity, and refocusing your Mental Health towards wholeness and balance.  

Come join us in the BLRA Lobby for a few minutes - we'd love to see you!  Write some New Year's Resolutions with us and share them to our community board, or keep them privately for yourself -- either way is a positive way to support your Mental Health! We look forward to connecting with you!
