Mental Health Monday - Come join us for a fun free event and take a few moments out of your busy day to care for your Mental Health!  Mental Health is a valuable part of your overall health as a college student, and we provide an activity once a month to focus on taking a break, doing a free fun activity, and refocusing your Mental Health towards wholeness and balance.  

Come join us in the BLRA Admin Lobby for a few minutes - we'd love to see you!  

We'll have available some free Goal Setting Resources that will help you move forward into your new semester with your goals in an optimistic frame of mind, which is supportive of your positive Mental Health!
